Wheat Steak is a small batch, artisanal, sourdough bakery established in 2024 in Lee’s Summit Missouri by Chef Daniel Walker. Our mission at Wheat Steak is to provide an exceptional, wild yeast sourdough while showcasing organic grains from local mills and heartland farmers. Creating a spot in the community that celebrates Old World, fermented sourdough breads.
